Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with no pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

For your convenience, SnoutBerry provides prepaid return shipping labels. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.

Personalized items such as charms and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your customer account using the email address associated with your order.
2. Select the order you’d like to return.
3. Click Request return.
4. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and your reason for returning.
5. Submit your return request.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
